Join the C&C Temp Control Team C&C Temp Control is looking for a dependable, organized, and hands-on Warehouse & Fleet Manager to support our growing HVAC service, maintenance, and installation teams. This is an important operations role for someone who likes staying organized, solving problems, and making sure things get done. You'll be responsible for keeping our warehouse organized, staging jobs, managing inventory, supporting truck stock, and helping keep our company fleet clean, maintained, and ready for the field. What You'll Do Stage equipment, materials, parts, tools, and accessories for upcoming HVAC installation, service, maintenance, and commercial jobs Make sure technicians and installers have the materials they need before leaving for the day Receive deliveries and verify materials against orders and packing slips Maintain an organized inventory of HVAC parts, filters, tools, materials, and accessories Keep the warehouse clean, safe, organized, and professional Manage and replenish technician and installer truck stock Help keep company vehicles clean, organized, stocked, and field-ready Coordinate routine fleet maintenance, including oil changes, tires, inspections, and service needs Track tools, specialty equipment, warranty parts, job returns, and unused materials Quickly communicate backorders, missing materials, damaged items, and vehicle concerns Work closely with management, office staff, technicians, installers, and vendors to keep jobs moving What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of their responsibilities.

Preferred qualifications include:

Warehouse, inventory, parts, HVAC, mechanical, construction, logistics, fleet, or trade-related experience Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to prioritize and solve problems without constant direction Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, inventory systems, and purchase orders Ability to safely lift and move HVAC equipment, materials, tools, and parts Valid driver's license Dependable attendance and strong follow-through Forklift experience preferred, or willingness to be trained HVAC parts knowledge is a plus, but not required for the right candidate Compensation $60,000-$70,000 per year, based on experience Compensation will depend on prior warehouse, HVAC, inventory, fleet, logistics, and trade-related experience.
