The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of inventory management, fleet management, and supply chain processes. This role requires a proactive approach to supervising teams, optimizing systems, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

MUST HAVE A CLASS A CDL.

Responsibilities Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure optimal performance and productivity. Oversee supply chain management processes. Coordinate fleet management activities to ensure timely transportation of goods. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to enhance purchasing strategies. Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement within the distribution center. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout all operations. Experience Class A CDL License Proven experience in supply chain management or as a Warehouse Supervisor is essential. Strong background in distribution center operations with a focus on efficiency. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment. Experience in fleet management is an advantage. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
