Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Manager and lead the charge in optimizing warehouse operations, ensuring seamless distribution, and driving process improvements. This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee inventory control, manage a dedicated team, and implement efficient logistics strategies within a fast-paced environment. As a key leader, you will champion safety standards, enhance operational workflows, and foster a culture of continuous improvement to meet organizational goals and deliver exceptional service. Duties Oversee daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and material handling to ensure smooth operations. Implement process improvements to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize workflow. Manage warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management systems. Operate or supervise the operation of material handling equipment including forklifts and other equipment and efficient movement of goods. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members. Coordinate logistics activities related to shipping & receiving, distribution center operations, and transportation scheduling. Skills Extensive experience in warehouse distribution, logistics, and distribution center operations. Strong knowledge of inventory control techniques and inventory management systems. Skilled in process improvement methodologies such as lean management to enhance operational efficiency. Proven leadership abilities with experience managing warehouse teams and communicating effectively at managerial levels. Ability to operate or supervise the operation of heavy lifting equipment including forklifts; certification preferred. Familiarity with materials handling practices, shipping & receiving procedures, and warehouse safety protocols. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and documentation accuracy. From $55,000.00 per year
