Warehouse Manager

Habitat for Humanity of Washington County is looking for a motivated, hands-on Warehouse Manager to help keep our ReStore running smoothly and efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, leading others, and making a real impact in the community.

What You'll Do:

Unload trucks and safely handle incoming donations and purchased inventory Operate a forklift to move and organize materials Organize and maintain a clean, efficient warehouse space Manage inventory flow from receiving to sales floor Pick up donations from the community using company vehicles Build and maintain positive relationships with donors Lead and support volunteers, ensuring they have clear direction and a positive experience Supervise daily warehouse activities and help keep the team on track Ensure items are properly sorted, stored, and ready for the sales floor Work closely with the ReStore team to keep operations running smoothly What We're Looking For Valid driver's license (required) Forklift experience (required) Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support volunteers Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep a team organized Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to lift and move heavy items (furniture, appliances, building materials) Comfortable driving a box truck Self-motivated and able to take initiative Friendly and professional when interacting with donors and customers Experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management is a plus
