Clark warehouse. This position ensures inventory is properly maintained, materials are received and organized efficiently, technicians have the parts and equipment they need to complete jobs, and the warehouse remains clean, organized, and operating efficiently. The Warehouse Manager also assists with supervising warehouse helpers and ensuring daily warehouse operations run smoothly. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Order and maintain appropriate inventory levels for HVAC and plumbing materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Receive, inspect, verify, and check in all incoming deliveries for accuracy, completeness, and damage.
  • Organize, label, and properly stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pull materials, equipment, and supplies for scheduled service and installation jobs.
  • Order additional materials when inventory reaches established minimum levels.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with routine inventory counts and audits.
  • Ensure technicians receive the correct materials and equipment for each job.
  • Stage materials for upcoming service and installation jobs.
  • Deliver parts, equipment, and materials to job sites as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse at all times.
  • Ensure shelving, storage areas, and aisles remain organized and accessible.
  • Keep company tools, equipment, and warehouse assets properly stored and accounted for.
  • Communicate inventory shortages, damaged materials, and vendor issues to management promptly.
  • Work closely with the HVAC Manager and Plumbing Manager to coordinate material requirements, special-order parts, inventory needs, and upcoming job schedules.
  • Collaborate with the HVAC Manager and Plumbing Manager to ensure technicians have the necessary materials, equipment, and supplies before each scheduled job.
  • Coordinate with office staff and dispatch to ensure materials are ordered, received, staged, and available to support daily operations.
  • Assist with loading and unloading company vehicles.
  • Assist with the supervision and daily direction of warehouse helpers.
  • Delegate daily warehouse tasks to helpers and ensure assigned work is completed efficiently.
  • Monitor the productivity and quality of work performed by warehouse helpers and report performance concerns to management.
  • Provide guidance and support to warehouse helpers while promoting company standards, organization, and accountability.
  • Support company initiatives and perform other duties as assigned. Leadership & Performance Expectations

  • Ensure technicians receive accurate materials in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and minimize inventory shortages.
  • Reduce unnecessary material waste and improve warehouse efficiency.
  • Hold warehouse helpers accountable for completing assigned responsibilities.
  • Promote professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and efficiency throughout the warehouse.
  • Develop and maintain strong communication with the HVAC Manager, Plumbing Manager, office staff, and ownership to ensure efficient planning, inventory management, and job readiness.

Pay:
$40,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
