Overview We are seeking a dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations with energy and precision. In this vital role, you will oversee daily distribution activities, manage inventory control, and ensure safety compliance across all warehouse functions. Your leadership will drive process improvements, optimize logistics workflows, and maintain high standards of team performance. Experience and Responsibilities Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar warehouse management role within a fast-paced environment. Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS), AS400, and logistics operations. Hands-on experience with warehouse distribution processes, shipping & receiving procedures, and materials handling equipment such as forklifts. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards. Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment maintenance is a plus. Familiarity with 3PL (third-party logistics) operations and e-commerce fulfillment is advantageous. Associate Recognition for Safety, Attendance, and Great Performance. Manage approximately 10 employees each shift to ensure each employee is kept on task. Communicate with the guard shack and client to manage scheduled trucks, pallets, and dock space. Print and prepare RCNs for designated employees. Monitor loads to ensure completion in a timely-manner. Take and deliver BOLs to the drivers on schedule.
