Warehouse Manager Upper Marlboro, MD Lead Warehouse Operations for a Growing Distribution Organization Our client, a well-established wholesale distribution company in the electrical products industry, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations, develop team members, and drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, shipping, and dispatch activities Ensure the efficient and accurate flow of materials throughout the facility Maintain inventory accuracy and assist in resolving stock discrepancies Lead, coach, and develop warehouse personnel to achieve individual and team goals Monitor warehouse performance and identify opportunities for process improvement Promote and enforce safety standards and best practices Maintain accurate documentation and operational records Partner with leadership to support company objectives and customer service goals Foster a positive, productive, and organized work environment Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory processes Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to lead or supervise a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and maintain a strong sense of urgency Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Two or more years of leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment Experience recruiting, training, coaching, and mentoring employees Wholesale distribution, logistics, electrical distribution, or industrial supply experience Bilingual English/Spanish skills are welcomed but not required Physical Requirements Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, twisting, and lifting Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance Occasional stair climbing, kneeling, crouching, and outdoor work Ability to work in a warehouse environment with some yard activity and occasional local travel Compensation & Benefits $75,000 - $85,000 annual salary Profit-sharing opportunity on top of salary Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance 401(k) Paid holidays and vacation Health Savings Account (HSA) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Paid parental leave Additional employee benefit programs Why Consider This Opportunity?
