Job Summary Coordinates incoming and outgoing movement and storage of raw materials, finished products and parts that include functions such as warehousing, shop and delivery services to ensure material availability and delivery when needed to meet production schedules | Compiles data on order volume, production schedules and forecasts and applies statistical methods to estimate future materials requirements Impact of the Role General Profile Supervises the daily activities of support staff or production team members. Does not typically perform the work supervised Must have any type of one direct report or more Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors Problem solving is guided by policies and procedures; receives guidance and oversight from manager Consistent exercise of discretion & judgment Essential Functions Supervises work and personnel associated with receiving, shipping, materials handling, warehousing, and/or expediting. Coordinates incoming/outgoing movement and storage of raw materials, finished products, and parts. Drafts and maintains production schedules. Ensures material availability and delivery. Oversees the day-to-day activities of production or operations workers. Uses order volume data to forecast and estimate future material requirements. Leads and directs the work of other employees and has some responsibility for personnel actions related to hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions with concurrence from the HR Directors & General Managers. Required Qualifications Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 5-7 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications Preferred education and experience:
