Summary:
The outside sales representative is responsible for all customer sales activities in an assigned territory. The sales representative works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, profitable revenue generation, and long-term account goals which align with company strategy, vision, and values. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc
  • -Meet and/or exceed sales goals and objectives for assigned territory. style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc
  • -Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to establish targets, goals, and opportunities. style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc
  • -Actively engaged in opportunity pipeline. style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc
  • -Meet / exceed quota for sales, gross margin, and YoY growth. style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc
  • -Demonstrate thorough understanding and execution of each step in the sales process. style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc
  • -Prospect style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc
  • -Identify, set up and sell new customers that fit our ideal customer profile. style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc
  • -Explore style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc
  • -Develop understanding of the customer and their business. Identify customer challenges and needs. Identify new business opportunities with current customers. style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc
  • -Educate style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc
  • -Presenting our features and benefits for our products and services. Suggesting solutions that provide relevant value to our customers' needs. style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc

  • -Prepare and present proposals that address the needs of the customer. style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc
  • -Execute style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc
  • -Prepare and present a transition plan. Fulfil our obligations to the customer, transition the business smoothly, and continue to add value to the customer. style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc
  • -Management of partnered accounts, national accounts, and committed business. style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc
  • -Focus on retention of partner accounts, taking ownership of all account activity and customer experience. style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc
  • -Explore new business opportunities. style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc
  • -Become a valued and trusted advisor to all levels of their business, including all leadership. style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc
  • -Communicates and collaborates with national accounts, and Regional Sales Manager to add value and grow the business. style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc
