Job Description
Yard Manager, part time:
- Capable of running outdoor forklift, backhoe, construction equipment.
- Organization of inventory in yard (truck bodies, plows, recycle, trash/dumpsters)
- Grade dirt parking lot
- Remove/trim clean overgrowth in yard and near building
- Aid in plowing and snow removal in the winter
- Responsible for arranging schedule to get recycled metals organized and moved to recycling center
Driver:
Aid in pick up and drop off of trucks in greater Southern ME and NH locations. (NON-CDL, must be very comfortable with driving 1 ton and larger trucks. Must be able to use GPS We are looking for qualified candidates, as such we will test your skills during an interview with driving trucks, running yard heavy equipment and forklift.- No CDL required!
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Maine and New Hampshire roads
- Flexibility to work on an on-call, per diem basis with varying hours
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
- Physical ability to enter/exit vehicles frequently This is a 1099 independent contractor position paid per vehicle transported.
