We are seeking a Senior Manager of DevOps to lead our cloud infrastructure, security, and platform engineering efforts. This role supports the strategy and execution behind our cloud environment operations, and infrastructure security, CI/CD pipelines, and maintaining a high-performing DevOps team. You will partner closely with product engineering, security, and IT leadership to advance our platform capabilities and ensure reliable, secure, and scalable operations. In this role, you will… Lead and develop a team of DevOps engineers, setting priorities, coaching for growth, and ensuring continuous technology operations. Own the roadmap for cloud automation, cloud infrastructure, platform tooling available to the organization. Drive infrastructure security practices, including access controls, vulnerability management, and compliance, in partnership with the security and business leaders. Advance the DevOps team's maturity of AI in workflow that increases deployment speed, reliability, and developer productivity. Evaluate and introduce new tools and platform advancements that improve scalability, cost efficiency, and resilience. Manage incident response processes and drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement plans. Partner with engineering and IT leadership to align infrastructure investments with business and product priorities.
