UniFirst Corporation, a leader in providing workplace uniforms and protective wear, is seeking a dedicated Route Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless delivery and servicing of our uniform and facility services to a variety of businesses across North America. The ideal candidate will manage and grow customer accounts in a designated local territory and will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality client service and support. Responsibilities Drive a Uni First delivery truck along an established route to deliver and pick up uniforms, floor mats, and other rental products. Check in with each customer to ensure product satisfaction and gather feedback for service improvements. Monitor product usage and customer needs, and suggest additional products and services to enhance their experience. Maintain and grow client relationships through exceptional service and communication. Manage invoicing and inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and accurate billing. Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations during the delivery and servicing processes. Required Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage and route territory effectively Basic mechanical skills for handling minor repairs on delivery vehicles Problem-solving skills Proficient in handling electronic inventory and delivery records
