Comer & Cross Concrete Floor Coatings is hiring a Warehouse Manager for our Troy, MI location. This is a hands-on leadership role , not a sit-behind-a-desk position. You will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, inventory, and equipment — while also working alongside the team to keep everything running efficiently. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the warehouse , bring organization and accountability, and help support a fast-growing operations team. Key Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations and workflow Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and stock accuracy Load/unload materials, pallets, and equipment Coordinate shipping and receiving Track and log inventory using Excel and internal systems Maintain equipment logs and organization systems Perform and learn basic equipment diagnostics and maintenance Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization Support crews by preparing and distributing materials Occasionally deliver materials to job sites What We're Looking For Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics Prior experience as a warehouse lead, supervisor, or manager preferred Strong organizational and accountability skills Comfortable working in a hands-on, physical environment Basic computer skills (Excel, data entry, inventory tracking) Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn Ability to lift 50+ lbs Reliable and team-oriented Relevant Experience (Keywords) Warehouse manager / warehouse supervisor Inventory control / inventory management Shipping and receiving Logistics / distribution Material handling Equipment maintenance / technician Microsoft Excel / data entry Pay & Schedule $20-$30/hour (based on experience) Typical earnings: $600-$1,200/week Monday-Friday 30-40 hours/week Overtime available Paid bi-weekly Why Join Comer & Cross Fast-growing company with advancement opportunities Opportunity to take ownership of warehouse operations Year-round, stable work Work with a strong, team-focused group Location Troy, MI (On-site) Apply Today If you're looking for a hands-on warehouse leadership role with growth potential, apply today.
