You'll be responsible for directing employees, keeping the yard organized, assigning priorites, addressing issues as they arise, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently. You will lead employees of varying experience levels, including high school and seasonal staff, by providing direction, coaching, and accountability. Oversee all aspects pertaining to the yard Organize signs/equipment in a way to ensure efficiency and maximize space Coordinate loading/unloading of equipment Tracking quantities (signs, sandbags, etc.) Separate damaged equipment Designate parking areas for trucks, CMS, arrow boards, etc. Collaboration with Division Managers Bring attention to truck issues that are noticed in the loading process Organize completion of tasks and special projectst throughout the yard Communicate labor needs and requests Complete oversight of the yar Competitive hourly pay - DOE ($27-$30 hr.)
