Job Description

We are looking for a high-level proficient employee to join our Leadership Team. This seat will report directly to our CEO and will be responsible for daily facility workflows, inventory control, and team safety. Core duties involve overseeing shipping and receiving, managing print schedule and print operators, managing staff, and tracking performance metrics.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
2 to 5+ years working in print production, warehouse operations, and supply chain logistics experience.
Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of, Digital UV Printing, Digital Rotary Printing, Screen Printing, and Pad Printing. Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems.
Software Skills:
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel) and print management or inventory software. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move heavy print materials and stock up to 50 pounds. Key Responsibilities •
Scheduling:
Manage the print production schedule and coordinate supplies, parts, and related resources for all production printers and warehouse operations.
Daily Operations:
Manage receiving, inbound/outbound. put-away, picking, packing, and shipping. Receive small package up to full containers. Schedule and coordinate LTL shipments and decipher customers' routing guides.
Inventory Control:
Track and organize stock inventory at 2 locations. Oversee cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and accuracy.
Team Leadership:
Manage warehouse employees. Assign daily workload and handle training.
Safety & Compliance:
Enforce workplace safety rules and regulatory standards.
Process Improvement:
Track key performance indicators to reduce waste and optimize workflow. Our office is in the western suburbs of Minneapolis. We offer upon day of hire medical benefits, paid holidays, vacation and more. Required work hours 8:30 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Pay:
$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
