About the Role Meyer Music is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations, including instrument care, facility maintenance, and inventory restocking. This role leads a team of full-time and part-time staff and plays a key part in ensuring our instruments and facilities are always customer-ready. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate a team of full-time and part-time warehouse staff, including scheduling and delegating daily tasks Oversee the cleaning and polishing of instruments to maintain quality and presentation standards Manage indoor and outdoor facility upkeep, including building maintenance, groundskeeping, and coordinating repairs and vendor visits as needed Monitor inventory levels and restock items as needed to support store and warehouse operations Support three Meyer Music locations, coordinating closely with each store to pull, prepare, and deliver stock and inventory as needed Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment Train new team members on warehouse procedures and safety protocols Operate company vehicles for deliveries, pickups, or transport between locations as needed Communicate regularly with store leadership on inventory needs, maintenance issues, and staffing Qualifications Prior experience in warehouse operations, retail operations, or team supervision preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting and moving equipment or instruments Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage a team independently Valid driver's license in good standing Must be at least 25 years old, as this role requires operating Meyer Music company vehicles, and our vehicle insurance policy sets a minimum driver age of 25 Benefits Health insurance Paid PTO A friendly, supportive work environment As a small, family-owned business, we offer real opportunity to make an impact and grow with the company from day one Schedule Full-time; may require occasional evenings or weekends based on business needs.
