Hall Designs is a privately held, St. Louis based company that brings high-quality, uniquely handcrafted home fragrance and personal care products to the marketplace across multiple brands and product lines. We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our day-to-day warehouse operations. This is a hands-on management role working closely with a dedicated team to ensure products are received, stored, fulfilled, and shipped accurately and efficiently. As a working manager, you will: Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, and returned goods. Support the preparation and fulfillment of FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) shipments. Manage excess and slow-moving inventory and help identify opportunities to improve inventory utilization and space optimization. Lead, train, coach, and support warehouse team members to meet quality, productivity, and performance expectations. Coordinate staffing, work schedules, and special projects based on business needs and order volume. Monitor workflow and staffing needs, making recommendations regarding staffing levels and the ability to scale operations as order volumes change. Help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, reduce errors, and increase efficiency. Perform routine building and equipment maintenance. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain operations, or a related field. Previous experience leading or supervising a warehouse team preferred. Ability to work effectively as both a manager and hands-on member of the warehouse team. Forklift experience required. Experience with an ERP or warehouse management system (WMS) preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage changing workloads in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy. Effective communication and critical thinking skills. Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods. Ability to safely operate or work around warehouse equipment, including forklifts. Ability to perform the physical tasks associated with receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products.
