Full Job Description Summary :

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that you drive the development and growth of the global portfolio of services within International Mail business for DM Fulfillment. This position reports to David Reinkemeyer, Vice President of Sales.

Responsibilities Include:

New Client Development:

Prospect, secure, and develop new clients for DM Fulfillment, building a strong international pipeline, executing marketing campaigns, attending industry events, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and meeting/exceeding sales quotas.

Existing Client Management :

Support key client relationships, evaluate performance versus specifications, develop solutions with Operations, contribute to new service offerings, and assist in contract negotiations.

International Mail Service & Strategic Planning:

Contribute to new service offerings, create annual sales plans for top opportunities, and review sales plans, funnels, and action items weekly with VP of Sales.

Project & CRM Management:

Maintain accurate CRM records (Gold), ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, advise Operations on project timelines, and collaborate with Supply Chain on international carrier selection and partnerships.

Preferred Qualifications:

Travel to prospects (domestic & international), clients, existing events, and Distribution Centers required Fulfillment Industry, Solution Sales, International Sales, International Mail experience highly preferred Proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree is required
