Job Description

Position Summary Precise Forms, Inc. is seeking an organized, dependable, and hands-on Inventory Warehouse Manager to oversee inventory and daily warehouse operations at our Wentzville satellite location. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, overseeing the movement and documentation of materials, conducting cycle counts, supervising a small warehouse team, and ensuring established inventory procedures are consistently followed. The Inventory Warehouse Manager will work closely with the Corporate Inventory Manager in Bates City to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure warehouse transactions are properly documented in Sage. Inventory & Warehouse Operations Maintain accurate inventory quantities and locations throughout the warehouse. Perform and oversee cycle counts and physical inventory counts. Research inventory discrepancies and coordinate with the Corporate Inventory Manager to resolve variances. Ensure receipts, shipments, transfers, returns, adjustments, customer pickups, and other inventory movements are properly documented. Identify and report damaged, broken, obsolete, or unusable inventory. Oversee receiving, storage, staging, and movement of materials. Maintain an organized, clean, safe, and efficient warehouse. Assist with inventory reconciliation and year-end physical inventory. Documentation & Communication Maintain accurate and timely warehouse and inventory documentation. Communicate regularly with the Corporate Inventory Manager regarding inventory levels, discrepancies, damaged materials, adjustments, and operational issues. Ensure required inventory and shipping documentation is submitted to the Bates City office in a timely manner. Work with sales, installation, accounting, and other departments to resolve inventory-related issues. Use Sage and other company systems to research inventory and maintain accurate records. Safety & Facility Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment. Ensure employees follow company safety and material-handling procedures. Report equipment issues, workplace incidents, and unsafe conditions promptly. Qualifications Previous warehouse, inventory management, or inventory control experience required. Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred. Knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation. Ability to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Experience with Sage 100 or similar ERP/inventory software preferred. Ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication with the Bates City corporate office. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred for occasional travel between company locations. Physical Requirements This position requires regular warehouse activity, including standing and walking for extended periods; bending, reaching, and climbing; regularly lifting up to 45 pounds; and working around warehouse and material-handling equipment. Warehouse conditions may include variations in temperature.
Compensation & Benefits Annual Salary:
$50,000-$60,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits are available in accordance with Precise Forms, Inc. eligibility requirements and company policies. Performance Expectations Success in this position will be based primarily on: Inventory accuracy and timely completion of cycle counts. Prompt investigation and resolution of inventory discrepancies. Accurate documentation of inventory entering and leaving the warehouse. Organization and condition of warehouse inventory. Employee compliance with inventory procedures. Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
