Bozeman and surrounding area, report daily to Bozeman office Keep our crews moving. Ace Roofing is hiring a Delivery Service Manager to oversee our global job schedule, coordinate material logistics, manage fleet maintenance, and run the shop. If you like being involved in multiple parts of production, then this is the job for you. Your number one job is the schedule. You'll work shoulder to shoulder with our Project Managers to oversee the global schedule — to ensure every job gets a place on the board, in the right sequence, and nothing falls through the cracks. When jobs collide or a date slips, you catch it early, bring it to the PM, and work it out together. Our PMs order their own job materials; you make sure those materials actually land at the right jobsite at the right time, and you keep the shop stocked, organized and clean so field and service crews aren't hunting for what they need. You will also manage fleet maintenance; this goes hand and hand with the job schedule since trucks have to be taken out of service while they're being maintaned. What you'll do Own the global job schedule — partner daily with Project Managers to build, sequence, and maintain it across all crews Confirm every awarded job is scheduled in conjunction with customer need, ensuring nothing gets missed or dropped Spot scheduling conflicts, overlaps, and slipping dates early; flag them to the responsible PM and work together to resolve them Run a standing schedule review with the PM team and adjust for weather, material delays, and change orders Coordinate with PMs and suppliers to verify material orders arrive at the right jobsite at the right time; chase down shortages and delivery misses before a crew is standing around Deliver and stage material as needed Maintain shop inventory of common materials and supplies so field and service crews are always ready to roll Keep trucks, trailers, and equipment maintained, inspected, and on the road Run a clean, organized shop and yard What you need 3+ years in roofing, construction, building materials, logistics, or fleet ops Proven ability to juggle a multi-job schedule and communicate changes clearly Comfortable raising problems early and working through them with a team, not around them Clean driving record Forklift/boom truck experience a plus — we'll certify the right person Able to lift 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in Montana weather Organized by nature and a straight shooter who follows through
