Role Overview The Warehouse Manager is the primary point of contact for warehouse operations across Kriya Therapeutics locations, responsible for ensuring compliant, efficient, and reliable warehousing that supports manufacturing and Phase III readiness through strong operational leadership and cross-functional partnership. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage daily scheduling of warehouse activities across locations; assign personnel and resources. Ensure compliance with company SOPs and applicable industry standards (GMP); lead deviation/CAPA and SOP authorship/maintenance. Lead warehouse process improvements and implement best-in-class practices to operationalize for Phase III. Oversee alarm investigations, equipment management, and facility readiness. Coordinate import/export activities and ensure regulatory compliance in partnership with relevant functions. Produce operational reporting (e.g., NetSuite) and monitor KPIs for safety, quality, service, and cost. Provide personnel development, coaching, and performance management; support staffing and shift planning for manufacturing needs. Partner with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to ensure seamless operational continuity across sites. Experience & Skills and Work Environment Experience & Skills High School Diploma Required, Bachelor's Degree preferred. 10+ years warehouse experience is preferred. GMP operations is required. Track record managing warehouse teams and operations in a GMP or similarly regulated environment, with a focus on leadership and mentoring others Familiarity with deviation/CAPA systems, SOP lifecycle management, and regulatory expectations. Experience with ERP/WMS reporting (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and cross-functional coordination (manufacturing, quality, logistics facilities, IT / OT). Familiarity with Hazmat, DOT, and IATA requirements. Experience using forklifts and other warehouse equipment. Working knowledge of import / export compliance. Work Environment On-site position, warehouse area Work will require some lifting, standing, pulling, pushing, and stacking activities. Work may involve exposure to hazardous materials.
