We are The Flooring Pros ! We're a rapidly growing commercial & single-family residential flooring company serving some of the nation's top contractors. Our team specializes in delivering turnkey flooring, tile, and carpet solutions for large-scale commercial & residential developments across the country. We're looking for a driven Warehouse Manager to join our Charlotte, NC office and play a key role in supporting our internal team & clients alike. We are looking to hire the best of the best based off of our core values: Self-Development, Team First, Ownership Mentality, Relationship Focused, & Relentless Growth Key Responsibilities Receive, unload, and inspect incoming material shipments to verify accuracy against purchase orders and delivery documents Safely load and prepare outbound materials for delivery to job sites, ensuring accuracy, proper labeling, and protection of goods in transit Operate company vehicles to deliver flooring materials, sundries, and equipment to project locations as scheduled Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment at all times in compliance with company and OSHA standards Coordinate with project managers, procurement specialists, and field supervisors to ensure timely material deliveries and returns Verify that all materials leaving the warehouse align with job-specific requirements and documentation Manage the storage and labeling of materials by type, project, and status to optimize efficiency and accessibility Oversee the proper handling, staging, and disposal of materials, packaging, and waste according to company policy Qualifications 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or construction material handling (flooring industry preferred) Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar inventory tracking software Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company delivery vehicles safely Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure material accuracy and job readiness Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with office, field, and vendor partners Proven reliability, accountability, and commitment to maintaining a clean, efficient, and safe workspace
