Duties/Activities Required by Job Oversee daily scheduling of live bird pick up, coordinate with production, processing, live haul transportation to ensure proper scheduling. Ensure all milestones, financial targets and success metrics are met. Lead and develop team. Encourage training to build competency and commitment Maintain records, create reports on deliveries and staffing. Adhere to all Animal Welfare policies Adheres to all safety requirements including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), preventing and reporting unsafe acts and conditions. Ensure catching crews and live haul drivers adhere to Mountaire safety policies. Interact with contract drivers and catch crews, Educations/Experience Requirements BA or 3yrs management experience 2+yrs in Live Haul Management Great written and verbal communication skills #
