This role will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, team performance, operational KPIs, inventory accuracy, and process improvement. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing a high-volume warehouse, distribution center, e-commerce fulfillment, or 3PL operation and is comfortable working in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment. Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, picking, packing, inventory, and outbound activities Lead and develop warehouse supervisors and frontline employees Manage staffing, labor planning, shift scheduling, and workforce productivity Monitor warehouse KPIs including productivity, accuracy, throughput, SLA, and on-time performance Ensure inventory accuracy and proper use of WMS systems Develop and improve SOPs and warehouse operating processes Identify operational bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives Coordinate with transportation, linehaul, last-mile, customer service, and other operations teams Manage peak-season volume and adjust labor and operational capacity accordingly Maintain warehouse safety, quality, and compliance standards Handle operational exceptions and drive root-cause corrective actions Qualifications 1+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, distribution center, 3PL, or logistics operations experience preferred Previous warehouse leadership or people-management experience Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and WMS Experience managing KPIs, labor productivity, and operational performance Strong problem-solving and communication skills Experience in e-commerce, parcel, last-mile, or high-volume logistics is highly preferred Mandarin Chinese is a plus but not required Visa / Work Authorization H-1B, OPT, and
