Job Description
Responsibilities Build and release warehouse loads using a Warehouse Management System (WMS). Print and distribute pick labels to warehouse associates. Monitor replenishment reports and production flow. Process shipping documentation and shipment confirmations. Maintain accurate inventory, shipping, and warehouse records. Generate daily inventory and operational reports. Communicate with warehouse leadership to resolve operational issues. Help ensure the production team is set up for a successful start each night. Perform general administrative duties to support nightly warehouse operations. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 1+ year of administrative experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft Office applications. Strong data entry, organizational, and communication skills. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (HighJump, Infios, Dynamics 365, or similar) is preferred. Must be dependable and reliable. This position is responsible for setting up the nightly production shift, making attendance, punctuality, and accuracy essential to the success of the operation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and sit throughout the shift. Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment. 7pm to 5:30am
