Priority Duty Responsibility 1 Warehouse cleanliness and organization: Maintain clean, orderly receiving, storage, staging, and shipping areas. Enforce housekeeping, pest prevention, and storage practices that protect materials and finished products from contamination, mix-ups, and damage. 2 Inventory accountability and accuracy: Maintain accurate, real-time records of raw materials by item, lot, quantity, and location. Conduct cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure all inventory movements are documented. 3 Receiving and storage control: Oversee receipt, identification, labeling, quarantine, and storage of incoming materials. Ensure materials are kept under appropriate conditions and released for use only after required quality approval. 4 Material flow and production support: Coordinate timely material picking, dispensing handoffs, returns, and finished goods transfers. Apply lot control and stock rotation practices while maintaining traceability throughout warehouse operations. 5 Shipping and team supervision: Oversee order preparation, shipment accuracy, and warehouse staff training. Maintain records and procedures that support customer requirements, internal audits, and dietary supplement cGMP compliance.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in a food or dietary supplement manufacturing environment, with working knowledge of FDA requirements, 21 CFR Part 111 , and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
