In this vital role, you will support the overall operations of our distribution center, ensuring efficient warehouse processes, inventory accuracy, and team leadership. Your energetic approach will help drive process improvements, optimize warehouse workflows, and uphold safety standards. Duties Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control. Coordinate and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity, safety, and adherence to company policies. Support inventory management efforts using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control tools to maintain accurate stock levels. Operate and oversee the use of material handling equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners for efficient material movement. Implement process improvements utilizing lean management principles to streamline workflows and reduce waste. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols during all warehouse activities, including heavy lifting and materials handling. Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize distribution center operations and improve shipping & receiving accuracy. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution center management with a strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS). Need To Speak English and Spanish fluently Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and materials handling equipment operation including forklifts and RF scanners. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as lean management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and communication purposes. Strong managerial communication skills to effectively lead teams and coordinate with cross-functional departments. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate material handling equipment as required.
