DSD Manager Pennsauken, NJ Job Details Full-time $70,000 - $80,000 a year 7 hours ago Qualifications Spanish English Team management Full Job Description The DSD Manager will lead the Direct Store Delivery (DSD) operation in the Northeast, ensuring efficient route execution, strong coordination with Production and Sales, and high service levels in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily DSD routes to ensure on-time, accurate, and high-quality deliveries. Lead and manage drivers, including scheduling, performance, and coaching. Drive route efficiency while optimizing operational costs (labor, fuel, and product loss). Manage route inventory, returns, and delivery reconciliation to ensure accuracy and control. Coordinate with Production and Warehouse to align product availability with delivery needs. Track and analyze KPIs (delivery performance, accuracy, productivity) and implement improvements. Generate reports and provide operational visibility to leadership. Manage order processing, inventory transfers, and reporting through company systems. Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and company policies. Ensure high customer satisfaction by proactively addressing delivery issues and maintaining strong service standards. Qualifications 5+ years in DSD, distribution, or food logistics. Experience managing field teams (drivers/routes). Strong operational and problem-solving skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish).
