We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our hardworking, creative, and passionate team. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate and manage entire warehouse/shipping & receiving. Develop procedures, goals and objectives to implement and achieve them Oversee all incoming and outgoing activity and ensure accuracy, completeness and condition of shipments. Review overall operation and processes and identify areas for improvement for all functions. Be able to offer recommendations for improvement and be able to successfully implement changes. Monitor and review all reports and resolve any discrepancies with shipment and inventory Review retailer vendor guides and plan shipments accordingly As necessary, review and negotiate shipping rates with carriers. As necessary, review and/or complete, bills of lading, orders and other related documentation. Designate work assignments, providing instruction, reviewing completed work and providing input for performance appraisals and disciplinary actions. Staffing and training of staff in order to increase their levels of knowledge, skills and abilities. Ensure that staff strictly adheres to all safety rules, guidelines and procedures. Modify and improve safety practices as needed. Ensure warehouse cleanliness

Qualifications :

A minimum of 7 years prior warehouse management experience. Must have experience routing retailer orders. Must possess managerial/supervisory experience and strong leadership skills. Must possess strong organizational and administrative skills. Be able to develop a plan of action and implement change. Be able to successfully manage multiple projects and tasks. Ability to Converse in English and Spanish Tech Savvy and experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace. Netsuite WMS experience a plus
