Full-Time, On-Site About the Role Bubble Box Prep is a fast-growing 3PL specializing in Amazon FBA and direct-to-consumer order fulfillment. We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated Warehouse Manager to run our day-to-day floor operations, lead our packing team, and directly manage one of our largest client accounts. This position is ideal for an organized leader who takes pride in a well-run warehouse, communicates clearly, and naturally looks for ways to make daily processes simpler and faster. While e-commerce experience is a plus, it is not required. We will fully train you on our software and shipping tools.
What You'll Do Manage Floor Operations:
Lead daily receiving, sorting, prepping, labeling, and outbound shipping to keep orders moving out the door accurately and on schedule. Own a
Major Client Account:
Serve as the hands-on lead for one primary, high-volume account, managing their inventory intake, prep needs, and shipments. Support the
Team:
Assign daily tasks to warehouse staff, provide clear guidance, and work with our account managers to ensure all client orders are handled correctly.
Improve Daily Workflows:
Spot bottlenecks on the floor and figure out practical, real-world solutions to help the team work smarter and more efficiently.
Keep Records Updated:
Use Google Workspace (Sheets/Docs) and our shipping software to track inventory, keep daily logs, and update shipping details.
What We're Looking For Warehouse Background:
2+ years of experience as a warehouse lead, supervisor, or manager.
Strong Problem-Solver:
Self-motivated and resourceful. You can identify an issue, figure out a solution, and execute it without needing hand-holding.
Great Communicator:
Able to speak clearly and professionally with key clients, team members, and management. Comfortable with
Computers:
Familiar with Google Sheets or Excel and quick to learn new software.
Highly Organized:
Great attention to detail when tracking inventory counts, labels, and shipping guidelines.
Physical Ability:
Able to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 75 lbs regularly, and safely use a pallet jack.
Pay & Benefits Compensation:
Hourly (with overtime possibilities)
Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00
PM Time Off:
10 days Paid Time Off (PTO) annually
Paid Holidays:
6 to 8 paid major federal holidays per year

Pay:
$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
