Responsibilities Oversee all warehouse distribution functions, including shipping, receiving, and materials handling, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment Manage inventory management systems (SAP) to maintain precise inventory control and stock accuracy Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including team management, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, safety compliance (OSHA standards), and cost-effectiveness Coordinate logistics activities with third-party logistics providers (3PL), carriers, and internal departments to optimize shipping schedules and delivery timelines Operate or supervise the operation of forklifts and other mechanical equipment for heavy lifting and materials handling tasks Enforce safety protocols related to OSHA regulations, heavy lifting procedures, and equipment operation to maintain a safe working environment Experience Proven warehouse experience with a strong background in warehouse management or supervision roles Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, warehouse distribution, and logistics coordination Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) Prior experience in e-commerce, fulfillment or 3PL environments preferred Mechanical knowledge related to materials handling equipment such as forklifts is highly desirable Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams in fast-paced settings Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices for warehouse operations Join us to lead a vibrant team committed to operational excellence!
