Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager with experience in electrical parts to lead our warehouse operations with energy and precision. Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and materials handling. Lead and supervise warehouse staff, promoting teamwork, safety, and productivity through effective communication and leadership. Oversee inventory control processes utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and AS400 to ensure accuracy and accountability. Implement process improvements using lean management principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste across distribution activities. Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) and manage relationships to ensure timely delivery and distribution of goods. Operate or oversee the operation of material handling equipment such as forklifts, ensuring safety compliance per OSHA standards. Maintain compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA guidelines, and promote a safe working environment for all team members. Requirements Experience in electrical part Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles within distribution centers or e-commerce environments. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management systems, logistics, and materials handling techniques. Hands-on experience operating or managing forklift and other heavy lifting equipment safely. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, RF scanners, and Microsoft Office tools for reporting and documentation. Excellent team leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and communicate managerial expectations clearly. Mechanical knowledge related to material handling equipment operation is preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting as required in warehouse settings.
