Job Description
About the Position We are an established and growing merchandise company serving businesses, nonprofits, golf tournaments, schools, casinos, and corporate clients nationwide. We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Logo Merchandise Fulfillment Manager to oversee the fulfillment of customer orders from the time an order is placed until it is delivered. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring outstanding customer service. Primary Responsibilities Manage the complete fulfillment process for customer orders. Coordinate with suppliers, decorators, and manufacturers throughout production. Track order status, production schedules, and shipping deadlines. Review and/or adjust artwork approvals, proofs, and order specifications for accuracy. Ensure products meet quality standards before delivery. Receive, inspect, organize, and ship merchandise. Coordinate freight, UPS, FedEx, and local deliveries. Maintain regular communication with customers regarding order progress. Resolve production, inventory, and shipping issues quickly and professionally. Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory, and fulfillment records. Support the sales team by ensuring projects are completed accurately and on schedule. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage numerous projects with competing deadlines. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Self-starter with excellent follow-through. Positive, team-oriented attitude. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Valid driver's license.
