Warehouse Manager Bargain Moulding - Bohemia, NY $24.00 per hour | Full-Time | Paid Time Off (PTO) Bargain Moulding is looking for an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our Bohemia warehouse operations. We are looking for a dependable leader who can manage a team, maintain accurate inventory, keep the warehouse organized, and ensure orders are prepared accurately and efficiently.

Schedule Monday-Friday:

7:00 AM - 4:30

PM Saturday:

9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Full-time position Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse Supervise, train, and support warehouse employees Coordinate receiving, stocking, picking, loading, and order preparation Maintain accurate inventory and conduct regular inventory counts Ensure products are properly stored and organized Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams to ensure orders are ready on time Monitor warehouse productivity and efficiency Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Enforce company safety policies and procedures Help manage employee schedules, performance, and day-to-day workflow Operate or oversee the safe operation of forklifts and other warehouse equipment Qualifications Previous warehouse management or supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Experience with inventory management is a plus Forklift experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Ability to lift and move materials as needed Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Building materials or lumber industry experience is a plus What We Offer $24.00 per hour Paid Time Off (PTO) Full-time, consistent schedule Opportunity for growth and advancement Supportive team environment Opportunity to build a career with an established building materials company About Bargain Moulding Bargain Moulding is a growing supplier of moulding and building materials serving customers throughout Long Island and Connecticut.
