Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and experienced Warehouse Assistant Manager to join our team and become an important part of our warehouse operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse management experience who wants to grow with the company, learn our processes, and work closely with our current Warehouse Manager. Our warehouse specializes in picking and packing women's lingerie and sleepwear products. Our ideal candidate is someone serious, organized, and dependable who can help oversee daily operations while learning the specific requirements of our business.
Responsibilities:
Assist and learn from the current Warehouse Manager in all aspects of warehouse operations Help supervise daily pick and pack activities Ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently Support inventory organization and warehouse organization Help maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment Train and support team members as needed Identify opportunities to improve workflow and efficiency
Qualifications:
Previous experience in warehouse management, supervision, or team leadership Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to learn Experience in pick and pack operations is an asset We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is eager to contribute, and wants to develop their skills within a growing company.
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
