What You'll Do As Assistant Warehouse Manager, you'll work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure daily operations run safely, efficiently, and accurately.

Responsibilities include:

Supervise daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, and fulfillment operations Lead, coach, and train warehouse employees Monitor productivity and maintain high quality standards Verify shipment accuracy, labels, routing, and documentation Assist with customs paperwork and logistics documentation for cross-border shipments Coordinate outbound shipments and daily dock operations Help schedule daily workflow and assign priorities Monitor employee performance and provide coaching when needed Support hiring and onboarding of new employees Learn new warehouse software and help implement operational improvements Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse organization Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures Step into operational leadership whenever needed What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who enjoys leading people just as much as solving operational challenges. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Assistant Warehouse Manager, Team Lead, Operations Supervisor, or similar leadership role Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or shipping operations Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Comfortable using warehouse management systems and learning new software Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the workday The Person Who Excels Here...
