Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM-1:00
AM Salary:
$100,000-$120,000 per year

On?site A long?standing wholesale distribution company in Port Washington, NY—serving contractors, retailers, and commercial customers across the region—is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Warehouse Manager to oversee evening warehouse operations. This company operates a high?volume distribution center with a strong focus on accuracy, safety, and efficient order fulfillment. This is a leadership role responsible for supervising warehouse staff, ensuring smooth shift operations, and maintaining productivity standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee all 2nd shift warehouse operations, including picking, packing, loading, and inventory flow Supervise, coach, and support warehouse associates to maintain productivity and accuracy Ensure all orders are processed and loaded correctly and on schedule Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards Coordinate with day?shift leadership to ensure smooth handoffs and workflow continuity Monitor performance, address issues, and provide corrective action when necessary Assist with staffing needs, scheduling, and shift planning Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors Requirements Prior experience as a Warehouse Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Supervisor in a distribution, consumer goods, or industrial environment Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage a team in a fast?paced, high?volume warehouse Knowledge of warehouse operations, safety standards, and productivity metrics Comfortable working a 4 PM-1 AM shift Reliable, organized, and able to make decisions independently About the Company A well?established regional distributor supplying products to contractors, retailers, and commercial clients. Compensation / Pay
