Job Overview The GLP-1 Fulfillment and Shipping Manager leads day-to-day warehouse, packaging, and shipping operations specifically focused on temperature-controlled GLP-1 medications and associated medical kits. You will ensure that all high-demand peptide and injectable shipments are packed accurately, maintained within strict cold-chain parameters, and delivered to patients or clinics on time while complying with federal and state pharmaceutical regulations.

Duties Cold-Chain & Shipping Operations Manage Cold-Chain Integrity:

Oversee the packaging process using specialized insulated containers, gel packs, and phase-change materials to guarantee GLP-1 products remain within required temperature ranges

Carrier & Vendor Management:

Coordinate daily pickups, negotiate rates, and manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and shipping carriers ( UPS) optimized for expedited medical delivery.

Error Reduction & Tracking:

Utilize real-time temperature monitoring tools and tracking software to minimize transit failures, temperature excursions, and costly reshipments

Qualifications Experience:

1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical shipping, medical fulfillment, or cold-chain warehouse operations.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems, Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets, Pharmacy systems, UPS shipping system.

Knowledge Base:

Familiarity with temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical handling, USP compounding guidelines, and carrier compliance metrics.
