Fulfillment Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a Shipping Fulfillment Manager to lead our shipping operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives and elevate overall performance. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all aspects of shipping, and order fulfillment to meet customer demands efficiently. Coordinate with third-party logistics providers and carriers to ensure optimal freight movement and delivery schedules. Ensure accurate inventory control and streamlined workflows. Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork. Coordinate with purchasing teams on purchasing activities to ensure materials availability aligns with production schedules. Train new employees on how to properly and ocrrectly package items for delivery. Monitor key performance indicators related to inventory accuracy, shipping accuracy, order cycle times, and overall operational efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse supervision within a logistics or supply chain environment. Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, including inventory management, procurement, transportation management systems, and freight logistics. Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), similar platforms, and supply chain analytics tools. Experience managing third-party logistics providers, operations is highly desirable. Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising teams in a fast-paced environment; ability to motivate staff toward operational excellence. $35,000.00 - $39,520.00 per year
