Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, including ensuring efficient workflow, leading personnel, managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, distribution and light assembly processes Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure proper documentation Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures Coordinate shipping schedules and ensure timely order fulfillment Optimize warehouse layout and processes for efficiency and cost control Monitor key performance metrics and communicate to leadership Collaborate and actively communicate with other departments such as procurement, sales, shipping and manufacturing

Qualifications:

2+ years of warehouse or logistics management experience Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control / ERP systems Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills Forklift experience (preferred)
