Distribution Center Operations Manager Responsibilities Lead daily distribution center operations and teams. Manage staffing, scheduling, labor budgets, and productivity. Oversee inventory accuracy and inbound/outbound product flow. Track KPIs and drive operational improvements. Maintain strong safety, quality, and service standards. Distribution Center Operations Manager Requirements 5+ years of distribution, warehouse, or manufacturing experience. 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience. Experience leading supervisors and large operational teams. Strong knowledge of WMS, inventory control, and operational KPIs. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
