Job Posting External Job Duties:
Serve as a servant leader for systems and software development teams, guiding work from concept through release. This role facilitates planning, requirements, release execution, and cross-functional coordination while monitoring progress, metrics, and dependencies. Lead software and systems planning, cadence reviews, and release coordination Facilitate requirements breakdown, team planning, and issue resolution Manage dependencies, resourcing, tools, metrics, and deployment pipelines Communicate release status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders Support continuous improvement of processes and team effectiveness Mentor junior delivery leads and contribute to organizational development Visit YouTube to learn more about Crown Equipment DualMode Lift Trucks. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Systems, or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field 2+ years of relevant experience (Salary will be commensurate with experience) Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Experience managing cross-functional projects Ability to travel occasionally with overnight stays (0-5%) Reliable transportation to travel locally between company sites
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with agile or scaled agile software development Background in embedded systems, vehicle systems, or industrial products Agile certifications (SAFe Product Manager, RTE, Scrum Master, PO)
