Serve as a servant leader for systems and software development teams, guiding work from concept through release. This role facilitates planning, requirements, release execution, and cross-functional coordination while monitoring progress, metrics, and dependencies. Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Systems, or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field 2+ years of relevant experience (Salary will be commensurate with experience) Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Experience managing cross-functional projects Ability to travel occasionally with overnight stays (0-5%) Reliable transportation to travel locally between company sites

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with agile or scaled agile software development Background in embedded systems, vehicle systems, or industrial products Agile certifications (SAFe Product Manager, RTE, Scrum Master, PO)
