Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and warehouse personnel. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, solid computer and inventory management skills, and experience operating and supervising overhead crane operations in a safe and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling Supervise warehouse employees and ensure productivity, safety, and accuracy standards are met Operate and oversee the safe use of overhead cranes and related lifting equipment Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management software and computer systems Schedule and prioritize workloads to meet customer and production demands Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are properly documented and processed Conduct regular inventory counts and resolve discrepancies Qualifications Previous warehouse management or supervisory experience required Experience operating overhead cranes required Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and inventory management systems Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Excellent communication and leadership skills Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory procedures Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
