Role Overview We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running of our facility. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll be directly involved in production, inventory, and shipping execution, while also supervising staff and shaping how the day-to-day gets done. You'll be the person who keeps things moving — solving problems on the floor in real time, coordinating with vendors, and making sure product goes out the door on time and correctly. Key Responsibilities Facility Operations — Oversee daily operations at our Mustang facility, keeping production, kitting, and shipping running smoothly Inventory Management — Track raw material and finished goods inventory levels, manage reorder points, and reconcile counts to avoid stockouts or overstock Vendor & Supply Chain Coordination — Manage relationships with component vendors; track orders, lead times, and quality issues Shipping & Logistics — Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including carrier relationships and export documentation Team Oversight — Supervise day-to-day staff, set priorities, and hold the team accountable to production and shipping targets Process Improvement — Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in daily operations and drive fixes Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in operations, warehouse, or production management Comfortable managing people, vendors, and daily priorities without constant oversight Strong organizational skills — you can juggle production schedules, shipments, and vendor issues at the same time Basic mechanical/technical aptitude; experience with manufactured or injection-molded products is a plus Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic business software A self-starter who takes ownership and wants room to grow into a larger operations leadership role as the company scales Experience in an E-Commerce Fufillment Center Forklift Certified Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary 401(k) with company match Health insurance Dental Insurance Paid time off Holiday bonus pay Fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment We offer a competitive salary range commensurate with experience and future growth, for this key role in our small, rapidly growing company.
