Job Description The Warehouse Manager is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the warehouse by leading the warehouse team, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining inventory accuracy, and promoting a safe and organized work environment. This role serves as the primary point of contact for warehouse associates during daily operations and acts as the bridge between the Warehouse Assistants and the Warehouse Manager. The Warehouse Manager must be able to stand for long periods of time. Most work will be indoors with general warehouse conditions. This job requires constant interaction with co-workers and with the public. This position requires frequent lifting and a significant degree of walking, bending and transporting objects of various weights and dimensions. The work is typically very physical and demanding, both from strength requirements and the stamina required. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse associates to ensure efficient operations. Assign work priorities and monitor task completion throughout the shift. Train and mentor new and existing warehouse team members. Ensure all receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping activities are completed accurately and on schedule. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper inventory control procedures. Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies and operational issues. Monitor warehouse cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed (if certified). Assisting with loading company trucks Assist driver in unloading equipment. Requirements Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment
Pay:
From $16.00 per hour
