FCA Group The PDC Manager is the senior site leader accountable for customer service excellence, last‑mile delivery performance, labor relations, and long‑range site strategy, leveraging embedded and emerging automated technologies within the Parts Distribution Center (PDC).
Business Acumen & Engineering Leadership Responsibilities:
  • Manage the PDC as a profit‑impacting node within a broader distribution network
  • Apply industrial engineering principles (capacity modeling, flow optimization, labor standards, layout strategy)
  • Evaluate service‑to‑cost tradeoffs, ROI, payback, and risk for capital and technology investments
  • Communicate complex operational and engineering concepts at the executive level
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer service ownership and senior dealer escalation leadership
  • Last‑mile delivery and carrier performance accountability
  • Labor relations leadership, grievance handling, and negotiations
  • Strategic planning, financial stewardship, and people leadership
