This role is responsible for inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, warehouse logistics, truck preparation, inter-warehouse transfers, and team coordination. The Warehouse Manager plays a critical role in ensuring products, materials, and equipment are organized, available, and prepared to support both customer orders and installation operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing seasonal demands. We distribute holiday decorations, banners, and flags to municipalities, nonprofits, and corporations throughout the United States. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee warehouse organization for maximum efficiency and accessibility. Coordinate the shipping of new and used inventory, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of orders. Review orders against inventory levels and confirm that all required products are available and prepared for shipment or installation. Source needed inventory from other warehouse locations or initiate purchasing as required to meet operational needs. Manage and execute warehouse transfers between locations. Oversee and assist with the loading and unloading of trucks in a safe, efficient, and organized manner. Print tickets and prepare trucks, materials, and documentation for installation and takedown jobs. Enter and maintain accurate data in operational systems, including Sage, Smartsheet, and Excel. Order products, materials, and warehouse supplies as needed to support day-to-day operations. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards at all times. Support operational planning and logistics during the busy holiday season, including evening and weekend work when necessary. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure warehouse operations align with installation schedules and customer delivery expectations. Qualifications 3-5 years of relevant warehouse management or warehouse operations experience preferred. Proficiency in Sage, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Excel. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past three years. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, seasonal environment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse tasks as needed. Willingness to work nights and weekends during peak holiday season. Ability to work in varying weather conditions when loading, unloading, or supporting outdoor logistics operations.
