Job Description

Shipping Manager - High-Volume Manufacturing Shipping Manager - Warehouse Operations Filter King is hiring a hands-on Shipping Manager for our Bethlehem, PA manufacturing facility. We're looking for an experienced warehouse/shipping leader who can run the floor, lead a team, drive daily output, solve bottlenecks, and ensure orders ship accurately and on time. This is a hands-on leadership position—not a desk job. You'll spend most of your day on the warehouse floor leading the operation.

Schedule:

Sunday - Thursday What You'll Own Lead the shipping team directly from the warehouse floor Set daily priorities and keep the team moving toward shipping goals Monitor orders throughout the shift and address delays or bottlenecks immediately Jump in and assist with shipping operations when needed to keep orders moving Train, coach, and hold employees accountable for productivity and accuracy Adjust staffing and workflow based on daily order volume Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped correctly and on time Track shipping output, productivity, errors, and team performance Work closely with Production and Inventory to resolve material or order issues Improve processes to increase speed, organization, and accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping area What We're Looking For Bilingual English/Spanish required Experience leading a shipping, warehouse, or manufacturing team A hands-on leadership style and willingness to work alongside the team when needed Comfortable being on your feet and active throughout the shift Experience leading high-volume shipping, distribution, fulfillment, or warehouse operations strongly preferred. Strong sense of urgency and accountability Able to make quick decisions and solve problems on the floor Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Forklift experience is a plus Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Clean, safe, and air-conditioned work environment Free parking
