Our largest brands are SuperMoss and Galapagos. We are searching for a local, take charge person to join our warehouse management team. We are looking for candidates who are excited to take full advantage of the opportunity to build their own position within our company. The ideal candidate is ambitious, results-oriented, efficiency-driven, meticulous, and a "design thinker." Creative and business savvy candidates are seriously considered. --- The essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to the following: Managing and Overseeing our entire shipping, packing, and dyeing operations. Rotate between jobs in the warehouse: loading, dyeing, packing. Ship with FedEx, UPS. Shop for competitive rate quotes for trucking. Shop for competitive quotes with respect to warehouse procurement. Work with Warehouse Manager to coordinate production and inventory stock. Understand basic functionality of the accounting software and how we organize our information. -Create spreadsheets to make reports and organize your work. Communicate effectively with both our warehouses over the phone and email. Brainstorm with our team ways to improve how our business performs by highlighting areas for improvement and gaps in service. Track inventory and update figures in our software. Answer phones and emails professionally while dealing directly with customers. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills through all levels of communication. --- The ideal candidate has a technical background and demonstrated work ethic that includes: Ability to meet goals in an environment with freedom of direction: a self-starter. Previous warehouse and computer experience is a must. Ability to use Microsoft Windows and MS Office software.
