Twice Per Month Annual Salary Pay:

$70,000-$75,000 per year based on experience

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 09:00am-06:00pm (must be flexible) Summary The Security and Facilities Manager is a multi-functional role responsible for ensuring site security and maintaining facility operations. This position will manage third-party service providers, and support continuous improvement in workplace security, and maintenance programs. Essential Functions Manage contracted 3PL security providers and ensure effective access control, surveillance, and alarm monitoring Oversee incident response, investigations, and timely reporting to appropriate business units. Coordinate with leadership on security upgrades, risk assessments, and emergency response plans. Provide supervision and guidance to on-site security personnel as needed. Additional Responsibilities Update SOP's as required and review weekly cost. Maintain integrity and confidentiality of all security-related matters. Perform other duties as required. Skills and Abilities Ability to work independently and as a member of a team , Required Assumes personal responsibility for actions , Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Management, Preferred H.S. Compensation Information :

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
